Pick the issues you know best. You don't need to cover everything. Consider issues such as the Jamison Creek catchment, increased hard surfaces and impacts on the riparian zone; pollution, including litter, visual and noise pollution; heritage, visual character and adjoining conservation areas; the impact on the local economy and visitor experience, including the village's nature-based and heritage attractions such as Charles Darwin Walk and Grand Cliff Top Walk; traffic management and pedestrian safety; and the site's proximity to schools, preschool and sporting fields. One or two issues covered well and from your own experience beats ten covered thinly.
